Role Summary

As a Senior Theatre Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in our Theatre department, contributing to our mission of 'people caring for people'. Our facilities are equipped with cutting-edge technology, including advanced laminar airflow systems in many of our operating theatres.
You will have the opportunity to access the Ramsay Academy, where you can pursue your Surgical First Assistant (SFA) qualification and explore career development across our extensive network of independent hospitals throughout the UK. Qualifications and Skills Required
- Current NMC registration without restrictions or conditions
- Experience in surgical scrubbing within orthopaedics, including procedures such as hip and knee arthroplasties and anterior cruciate ligament surgeries
- Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA) is preferred but not mandatory
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team as well as work independently
- A flexible and positive approach to work
- A compassionate, considerate, and empathetic demeanor
