Position: Processing Operations Supervisor

CSS Recycling Ltd is a prominent player in the recycling sector, specializing in the processing of waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE). With a rich history of over 35 years, we collaborate with various stakeholders, including local authorities and leading manufacturers across the UK.

We are seeking a skilled Processing Operations Supervisor to oversee the effective and safe functioning of our processing operations.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proficient in English communication
  • Highly organized with strong communication skills
  • Valid forklift certification is mandatory

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage team members while upholding high operational standards
  • Conduct machinery inspections and address any identified issues
  • Complete necessary documentation and maintain accurate records
  • Ensure the safety and security of the facility
  • Engage in discussions for process enhancement initiatives

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 17:00 (subject to variation)

Compensation: Competitive salary, negotiable based on experience and qualifications
