About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Years practitioner to join our team at Little Waves Community Nursery. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children, aged 0-4 years old.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding learning and care in a fun, safe environment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a child-centred approach to early years education
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and other professionals
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the nursery's curriculum and policies
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

About You:

  • Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years and Care
  • English and Maths GSCE Grade C or above (or equivalent)
  • Experience of working in an Early Years environment and providing outstanding care and provision
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to build relationships and work in partnership with children and families
