About the Role

We are seeking an inspirational and professional Early Years practitioner to join our team at Little Waves Community Nursery. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding learning and care for children aged 0-4 years old.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality early years education and care to children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a nurturing and inclusive environment that promotes children's learning and development.
  • Develop and implement engaging and challenging learning activities that meet the needs of individual children.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the nursery's policies and procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in early years education and care.

About You:

  • You will have a Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years and Care, with a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • You will have experience of working in an Early Years environment, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and education.
  • You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • You will be passionate about children's learning and development, with a commitment to delivering an outstanding child-centred approach to early years education.
