We are seeking an inspirational and professional early years practitioner who can provide outstanding learning and care in a fun, safe environment. The successful candidate will be a strong team player, demonstrating initiative, nurturing, and joy. They will be friendly, passionate, reflective, and committed to delivering an outstanding child-centred approach to early years, aligning with Little Waves' ethos.
About YouThe ideal candidate will possess:
- A Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years and Care
- English and Maths GSCE Grade C or above (or equivalent)
- Experience in an Early Years environment, providing outstanding care and provision
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to build relationships and work in partnership with children and families
- A strong knowledge of the EYFS, including the ability to plan to support individuals' progress
- Knowledge and understanding of child protection/safeguarding and working inclusively with vulnerable and disadvantaged groups
