Role Responsibilities: As a Senior Commercial Heating Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting both planned and reactive maintenance to ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Performing inspections, diagnosing issues, and executing repairs on commercial heating systems.
  • Testing and commissioning of commercial boilers and related equipment.
  • Executing gas servicing, repairs, and maintenance tasks as required.
  • Participating in call-out duties on a rotational basis.

Health & Safety Compliance: Adhering to the company's health and safety policies is paramount. You will be expected to:

  • Attend safety meetings and training sessions as necessary.
  • Follow all established safe working practices.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the commercial gas sector.
  • Knowledge in plumbing and commercial gas engineering.
  • Experience in repairs, servicing, maintenance, and installation.
  • A solid understanding of heating distribution and ventilation systems.
  • Familiarity with routine maintenance of associated plant equipment.
  • Essential certifications including CODNCO1 / COCN1 Core Commercial Gas Safety.

Additional Requirements:

  • Valid full UK driving license.
  • DBS check.

Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary package, including:
