Job Title: Commercial Gas and Oil Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Gas and Oil Engineer to join our team at City Facilities Management. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of HVAC systems across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, including air handling units, gas fired heating, LPHW, DX coils, heat pump systems, and other equipment.
  2. Respond to service call requests from the central Helpdesk and assess the requirements of the job, carrying out repairs as necessary within agreed timescales and response times.
  3. Identify non-repairable faults in plant and machinery and advise the Line Manager of findings, making recommendations regarding suitable replacement.
  4. Complete all tasks within our Health, Safety & Environmental policies.
Requirements:
  1. Recognized Commercial Gas qualifications, including at least 4 of the following: COCN1, CIGA1, CORT1, TPCP1, TPCP1A, ICPN1, CENWAT, CPA1, CDGA1, CCP1.
  2. F Gas qualified.
  3. 17th or 18th Edition (desirable).
  4. Professional, pleasant, friendly, flexible, courteous, and helpful at all times.
  5. Positive approach, able to work in a dynamic business environment and adapt accordingly.
  6. Experience of HVAC/Gas in a multi-site environment.
  7. Full Driving Licence and willingness to travel on a daily basis.
