Job Title: Commercial Gas and Oil Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Gas and Oil Engineer to join our team at City Facilities Management. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of HVAC systems across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC plant and equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  2. Respond to service calls and alarms in a timely and professional manner, assessing the requirements of each job and completing repairs as necessary.
  3. Conduct thorough inspections of HVAC assets, identifying and reporting any non-repairable faults or issues.
  4. Collaborate with the line manager to develop and implement effective maintenance schedules and procedures.
  5. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with our Health, Safety & Environmental policies.
Requirements:
  1. Recognized Commercial Gas qualifications, including at least 4 of the following: COCN1, CIGA1, CORT1, TPCP1, TPCP1A, ICPN1, CENWAT, CPA1, CDGA1, CCP1.
  2. F Gas qualified.
  3. 17th or 18th Edition (desirable).
  4. Proven experience in HVAC/Gas in a multi-site environment.
  5. Full driving license and willingness to travel on a daily basis.
