Job Title: Commercial Gas and Oil Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Gas and Oil Engineer to join our team at City Facilities Management. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our HVAC systems across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC plant and equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  2. Respond promptly to service call requests and assess the requirements of each job, carrying out repairs as necessary within agreed timescales and response times.
  3. Conduct thorough inspections of HVAC assets, identifying and reporting any faults or defects.
  4. Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop and implement effective maintenance schedules and procedures.
  5. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with our Health, Safety & Environmental policies.
Requirements:
  1. Recognized Commercial Gas qualifications, including at least 4 of the following: COCN1, CIGA1, CORT1, TPCP1, TPCP1A, ICPN1, CENWAT, CPA1, CDGA1, CCP1.
  2. F Gas qualified.
  3. 17th or 18th Edition (desirable).
  4. Proven experience in a multi-site environment, with a strong understanding of HVAC systems and maintenance procedures.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  6. Full driving license and willingness to travel on a daily basis.
