Job Description

**Project Services Lead**

Semco Maritime A/S is seeking a highly skilled Project Services Lead to join our E&C team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and managing project controls services for our E&C department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Control Management: Develop and implement project control processes and procedures to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of project control professionals, including planners, cost engineers, and estimators.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Engage with business services teams and liaise with client project controls functions and management.
  • Process Improvement: Drive ownership and accountability to manage change of work scope tasks throughout the project team.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish and manage project performance indicators and drive input to departmental performance reports.
  • Risk Management: Identify and report schedule and cost risks and opportunities, and support the management of change, growth, and variation.
  • Procedure Development: Develop and implement Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies and Schedule and Cost Risk Analysis (SRA, CRA) procedures and guidelines.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze project data to enable early identification of problems and drive positive behaviors towards mitigating actions.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience on full project lifecycles within a project controls or project engineering function.
  • Contract Knowledge: Experience in various forms of EPC contracting.
  • System Knowledge: Experience with integrated project controls systems and Microsoft 365 data collection and analysis tools, including PowerBI.
  • Qualifications: Formal project controls qualification (cost or planning pathway).
  • Skills: Strong working knowledge of project controls theory and practices, delivery-focused, and committed to achieving project and company goals.
