Job Title: Group Finance Manager

Adele Carr Recruitment is partnering with a dynamic SME organisation in Liverpool to appoint a proven Group Finance Manager on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is a crucial role within the team, requiring daily support to the Group Finance Director. You will work closely with key stakeholders and drive financial strategy, insight, and performance.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) or qualified by experience, with strong financial analysis and problem-solving skills. They will be familiar with being hands-on and in the detail, with proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Finance Director and senior leadership team with accurate financial reporting and analysis.
  • Producing management accounts, balance sheet reconciliation, and inter-company transactions.
  • Managing and leading projects to improve financial processes and continuous improvement.
  • Delegating work, leading, and coaching the team, ensuring all training is in place, sharing knowledge, and ideas.
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders to influence and achieve business targets.

The organisation offers a collaborative working environment with regular reviews and career development. The salary and benefits package include regular bonuses and rewards, with an OTE of c£55,000k + pa.
