A well-established Destination Management Company (DMC) seeks an experienced Event & Conference Planner & Designer to oversee all planning aspects for corporate groups visiting the UK and Ireland. Working closely with high-end hotels and luxury venues, you will collaborate daily with suppliers such as venues, hotels, transportation providers, caterers, audio-visual companies, and other relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate events, conferences, and incentives for corporate groups
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure seamless execution of events
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the industry
  • Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in event planning and coordination
  • Strong knowledge of the UK and Irish event industry
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
