About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Product Manager to join our Digital Product Management Team at Boots. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering our digital product vision, roadmap, and subsequent development across our digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Vision and Roadmap Definition: Develop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders at all levels, communicating product updates, successes, and value, as well as securing alignment and support for key roadmap initiatives.
  • Performance Management: Define and monitor key measures and metrics to manage the performance of your products throughout their lifecycle, using data and insights to drive change through data-driven decisions.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of Product Managers and Product Owners, supporting their wellbeing, personal and professional development, and day-to-day activities.
  • Advocacy: Actively promote the team and act as an advocate of the Product discipline within and outside the organisation.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Lead/Senior Product Manager or Owner with demonstrable experience across a variety of Products or Domains.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to keep sight of the bigger picture. Proactive, independent, and self-starting, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of technical aspects of product development, working closely with IT colleagues. Familiarity with digital development approaches and agile delivery principles, ideally in a scaled agile (SAFe) environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with pharmacy and healthcare, as well as an understanding of available technology.
