About This Role

At Capital One, our Product Managers are the driving force behind delivering value. They foster collaboration and take ownership of where and how we invest our resources.

As part of our Digital Product team, you'll play a key role in shaping our digital product roadmap. You'll identify consumer needs and work closely with engineers, designers, and the wider business to bring new products to life and enhance existing ones.

What You'll Do
  • Lead the discovery, definition, and delivery of innovative digital products and features that align with our core business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, bringing together design, business, and technology expertise to achieve success.
  • Work hand-in-hand with engineering teams, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional products and features that are both delightful and essential for credit card consumers.
  • Dive deep into the world of consumer credit to gain a comprehensive understanding of how it works. This will empower you to contribute to our mission of disrupting the industry from within.
  • Champion a user-centric approach, ensuring that every product and feature we develop meets the needs and expectations of our customers.
