Main DutiesThe successful candidate will work as a member of the clinical team, responsible for recognising, negotiating, and implementing processes to enhance the delivery of care in the Treatment Centres. They will assess patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed problems, initiate treatment, investigations, advice, and management of problems using professional autonomous decision-making processes, liaising when appropriate with other healthcare professionals and service providers to ensure safe and effective patient care.

Person SpecificationWe are looking for an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner with significant post-registration experience (minimum 3 years in a relevant field, acute or primary care setting). The ideal candidate will have evidence of autonomous practice, assessing and managing patients with undifferentiated presentations, and good leadership skills. They will also have a 1st-level professional registration, a graduate degree with honours, and a non-medical prescribing qualification.
