Job Overview

Black Country Job Support is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team as a Physical Health Development Specialist. This exciting opportunity will allow you to develop your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide psychological assessments and interventions for individuals with physical health problems.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote physical health and well-being.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support.
  • Conduct research and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions to improve physical health outcomes.

Requirements

  • Post-graduate doctoral level training in applied Psychology (or its equivalent) as accredited by the BPS.
  • HCPC registration as an Applied Psychologist with Chartered Status.
  • Experience of working in a physical health setting or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
