Marketing Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Project Coordinator to support our Personal Systems UK Marketing team. This role is responsible for coordinating multiple marketing projects, ensuring smooth execution, and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate marketing projects, including scoping, briefing, scheduling, and activating projects, to ensure consistent progress and meet marketing deadlines.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with regional and local stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
  • Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Support agency relations, including collaborating with internal and external agencies to coordinate marketing efforts and ensure alignment with company and market objectives.
  • Assist in the planning and activation of paid media campaigns, including creative asset delivery.
  • Track and submit content requests for organic social media campaigns.
  • Manage marketing assets, brief asset projects across agencies, and ensure assets are delivered on time and meet brand and quality standards.
  • Monitor and communicate New Product Introduction (NPI) assets and assist in supporting email campaigns.
  • Coordinate local product launch activities, including webinar development and execution.
  • Compile and deliver marketing analytics reports to support market managers in decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Typically, 2-4 years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on project coordination.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of marketing practices and operations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently, managing relationships across various stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Creative and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience with Project Management tools desirable.
