About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Private Client Advisor to join our team at Ardonagh Advisory. As a Senior Private Client Advisor, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, providing them with comprehensive insurance solutions that meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with Clients: You will be required to communicate with clients in a knowledgeable and professional manner, providing them with expert advice and guidance on insurance products.
  • Obtain and Provide Quotations: You will be responsible for obtaining and providing new business quotations for clients, ensuring that they receive the most suitable insurance solutions for their needs.
  • Ensure Client Exposures are Highlighted: You will need to ensure that all client exposures are highlighted to them, providing them with a comprehensive understanding of their insurance needs.
  • Take Instructions from Clients: You will be responsible for taking instructions from clients, ensuring that cover commences at the correct time, all relevant paperwork is completed, premium is collected, and relevant records and diary entries are created.
  • Decide on Insurers: You will need to decide which insurers should be approached on specific risks and negotiate and offer the most suitable policy for the client's needs.
  • Keep in Touch with Clients: You will be responsible for keeping in touch with clients throughout the policy duration, ensuring that their insurance needs are met and that they are satisfied with the service they receive.
Requirements
  • Experience: You will need to have a track record of dealing with high-net-worth clients and a deep understanding of policy covers on car and home insurance as a minimum.
  • Skills: You will need to be a confident communicator, proactive, analytical, and able to use your initiative to identify opportunities to retain and grow our business.
  • Personal Qualities: You will need to be an enthusiastic team player, able to support others, build trust, and have a positive outlook, be engaging, collaborative, and have the resilience to adapt to whatever changes come your way.
