About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Private Client Advisor to join our team at Ardonagh Advisory. As a Senior Private Client Advisor, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our high-net-worth clients, providing them with expert advice and guidance on their insurance needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' insurance needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their complete satisfaction.
  • Work closely with our underwriting team to identify and pursue new business opportunities and to develop and implement strategies to retain and grow our existing business.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and use this knowledge to provide expert advice and guidance to our clients.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities and to develop and implement strategies to retain and grow our existing business.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the insurance industry and a deep understanding of policy covers on car and home insurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proactive, analytical, and entrepreneurial, with a strong ability to identify opportunities and to develop and implement strategies to retain and grow our business.
  • Enthusiastic team player, with a positive outlook and a strong ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our goals.
  • Strong listening skills, with the ability to engage with clients and colleagues in a professional and respectful manner.
