Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for:
  • Engaging with both public and private sector clients, including educational institutions, architects, and contractors.
  • Delivering expert technical and sales guidance to customers through both phone and written correspondence.
  • Preparing detailed written quotations using our internal CRM system.
  • Ensuring clients receive and understand quotations, both before and after issuance.
  • Identifying sales opportunities and effectively closing deals.
  • Reviewing all quotations for accuracy and completeness.
  • Updating clients on order status and maintaining records of ongoing projects.

Required Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • The capability to interpret technical drawings.
  • Confidence in reviewing bills of quantities and tender documents.
  • Experience with the tendering process.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient negotiation skills.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly with database systems and MS Office.
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • A positive and proactive approach to challenges.

Working Hours:
Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 16:30.
