Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for:
- Engaging with both public and private sector clients, including educational institutions, architects, and contractors.
- Delivering expert technical and sales guidance to customers through both phone and written correspondence.
- Preparing detailed written quotations using our internal CRM system.
- Ensuring clients receive and understand quotations, both before and after issuance.
- Identifying sales opportunities and effectively closing deals.
- Reviewing all quotations for accuracy and completeness.
- Updating clients on order status and maintaining records of ongoing projects.
Required Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- The capability to interpret technical drawings.
- Confidence in reviewing bills of quantities and tender documents.
- Experience with the tendering process.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient negotiation skills.
- Strong computer skills, particularly with database systems and MS Office.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- A positive and proactive approach to challenges.
Working Hours:
Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 16:30.
