Partnerships Development Manager

About the Role:
The English Football League (EFL) is seeking a highly skilled Senior Partnerships Manager to join their team. As a key member of the commercial department, you will be responsible for developing and managing high-performing partnerships that drive revenue growth and enhance the EFL's brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer the delivery of rights to key partners, including supporters, suppliers, and licensees.
- Work closely with partners to develop and implement activation goals that meet their objectives.
- Organize and deliver sponsor-related events and activities that showcase the EFL's brand and values.
- Establish a deep understanding of commercial partners' marketing and strategic plans to inform partnership development.
- Develop and deliver campaigns that meet partners' objectives and drive business growth.
- Manage and track partner budgets to ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Serve as a senior point of contact for partners and lead on delivering all commercial rights.
- Coordinate and manage reporting, results, and case studies that relate to partner KPIs and objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing and activating partnerships in the sports industry.
- Experience managing a team and leading high-performing partnerships.
- Excellent understanding and experience of managing partnership contracts.
- A thorough understanding of maintaining and developing high-profile partnership rights.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with partners.
- Performance-driven and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with strict timelines.
