Partnerships Development Manager

Inspire Education Business Partnership is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Partnerships Manager to join our Business Development Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in securing and managing partnerships with corporate organizations, trusts, and foundations to support our mission of improving young people's access to the world of work.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive partnerships strategy to secure funding and resources for Inspire Education Business Partnership.
- Research and identify new business development opportunities, including corporate partnerships, community fundraising, and trusts and foundations.
- Write and submit applications for new funding to corporates, statutory bodies, trusts, and foundations.
- Manage and grow Inspire Education Business Partnership's entry to mid-level corporate partnerships.
- Work with delivery team colleagues to ensure funders' reports are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Proven experience in securing and managing partnerships with corporate organizations, trusts, and foundations.
- Excellent research and writing skills, with the ability to develop and implement a comprehensive partnerships strategy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of motivation and enthusiasm.
