LLR Patient Care Locally Community Interest Company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead the transformation of planned care services across Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland. The successful candidate will drive system-wide work to improve integrated care, working closely with stakeholders across organizations to support transformation.
Main Responsibilities- Provide advanced project support for the transformation of planned care across the ICB.
- Project manage the transformation of end-to-end pathways.
- Work with providers to deliver savings and take out cost in provider organizations.
- Support relevant workforce development.
- Support the drive to improve efficiencies.
- Drive out health inequalities in all projects carried out.
The Senior Project Manager will be key to supporting the delivery of the 10 System Expectations aligned to the LLR Model of Care. The post holder will carry out day-to-day project management of the pathway programme, ensuring that projects successfully deliver the desired outcomes within the specified constraints of time and cost.
Key Skills and Qualifications- Clear communicator with excellent written and presentation skills.
- Ability to exercise good judgement, maintain discretion, and use initiative.
- Advanced IT skills, including use of Microsoft Office.
- Educated to degree level in a relevant subject or equivalent level of experience.
- Further training or significant experience to post-graduate diploma level.
LLR Patient Care Locally Community Interest Company commissions and provides health and care services for over a million people in Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland. We work collaboratively with local authorities and borough/district councils in Leicestershire to deliver high-quality services.
