Job Details
We're looking for a skilled Transformation Portfolio Manager to lead our central transformation portfolio plan. The successful candidate will ensure that relevant stakeholders have knowledge and oversight of the change portfolio, and will be responsible for putting structure around wider portfolio planning, readiness, and prioritization.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the central transformation portfolio plan, including all tech and non-tech change, delivery, and commercial plans.
- Ensure stakeholders have knowledge and oversight of the change portfolio.
- Put structure around wider portfolio planning, readiness, and prioritization.
- Support the establishment of effective planning days for transformation colleagues.
- Run the three-year planning and budget process for change and initiatives.
- Establish and maintain change framework and programme-wide governance.
Requirements
- Experience of leading and working multiple projects simultaneously, including process and system change.
- Excellent relationship building skills, with the ability to influence and articulate ideas to technical and non-technical people.
- A proven ability to plan, undertake, and finish activities to achieve high-quality results.
