Job Summary
This role will be focused on the administration, customer service, and sales support of Inspired International B2B sales activity. The successful candidate will work and communicate directly with partners and agencies throughout the sales process, answering questions about our provision as they arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Record inbound sales enquiries within our CRM system and distribute to the appropriate team member.
- Monitor inbound sales enquiries within CRM, identify B2C leads, and channel to the B2C team.
- Work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure client requirements are captured and implemented.
- Support student renewals processes within the system.
- Manage and implement timetable changes and similar customer service enquiries through to successful conclusion.
- Manage student enrolment processes within ISAMs.
- Support account/partnership management activity and associated reporting.
Requirements
- Qualifications: A Level, BTEC, or NVQ Level 3/4.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in teams and individually.
- Capability to work effectively in dynamic and changing environments.
- Experience of previous administration roles would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of the education sector would be an advantage.
- Proven experience in a customer support role.
- Ability to build effective client relationships.
