Position Overview
We are thrilled to announce the search for our inaugural Head of Sales and Partnerships. This role is pivotal in identifying and developing new business avenues for our organization. Your remarkable skills in securing and finalizing agreements will be essential as you leverage diverse channels to achieve your objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute innovative sales approaches targeting critical industry segments.
- Identify new business prospects, focusing on establishing and nurturing robust relationships as the primary liaison.
- Connect with potential partners through various communication methods and prepare all necessary materials for discussions.
- Build, oversee, and develop a substantial sales pipeline, diligently documenting and assessing all activities.
- Assist operational and product teams in launching financing programs for new partners, ensuring seamless integration and successful results.
- Evaluate and track sales metrics, deriving valuable insights to guide strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in sales, particularly in B2B within the fintech or SaaS sectors.
- Proven ability to navigate complex and prolonged sales processes effectively.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Natural aptitude for cultivating and sustaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- A BSc/BA degree or equivalent professional experience.
