Exciting Opportunity for a Sales Support Coordinator

Elevation Recruitment Group is proud to be partnering with a leading manufacturer in Sheffield to find a highly skilled Sales Support Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.


About the Role

As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the sales team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the intake of new inquiries and coordinating activities to ensure the creation of high-quality bid packages.
  • Handling general administrative tasks such as organizing meetings, processing invoices, gathering data, and providing support to the sales team.
  • Managing and enhancing ERP and administrative systems to ensure that the sales and bidding processes align with the operating procedures.
  • Setting up and tracking internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintaining and distributing financial reports.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have experience within a Sales Support role, preferably within a manufacturing or engineering background, and possess excellent communication skills.
