Job Description

Elevation Recruitment Group is proud to partner with a leading manufacturer in Sheffield to find a Sales Support Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.

**About the Role**

As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the sales team. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Overseeing the intake of new inquiries and coordinating activities to create high-quality bid packages.

* Handling general administrative tasks such as organizing meetings, processing invoices, gathering data, and providing support to the sales team.

* Managing and enhancing ERP and administrative systems to align the sales and bidding processes with operating procedures.

* Setting up and tracking internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

* Maintaining and distributing financial reports.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have experience in a Sales Support role, preferably within a manufacturing or engineering background. You will also need excellent communication skills and an eye for detail.
