Elevation Recruitment Group is proud to partner with a leading manufacturer in Sheffield to find a highly skilled Sales Support Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.


About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and communicative individual to support the sales team in ensuring the creation of high-quality bid packages and managing administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a sales support role, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering background, and possess excellent communication skills.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee the intake of new inquiries and coordinate activities to ensure the creation of high-quality bid packages.
  2. Handle general administrative tasks such as organizing meetings, processing invoices, gathering data, and providing support to the sales team.
  3. Manage and enhance ERP and administrative systems to ensure that the sales and bidding processes align with the operating procedures.
  4. Set up and track internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  5. Maintain and distribute financial reports.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience in a sales support role, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering background.
  • An excellent eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
