Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective care plans for individuals in crisis, working closely with our multidisciplinary team and external partners.
- Provide expert clinical guidance and support to colleagues, ensuring seamless care coordination and delivery.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement safe and effective care pathways.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of best practices and evidence-based care.
- Mental Health Nurse Qualification or Social Work Qualification, with current NMC/HCPC Registration.
- Proven experience in mental health care, with a focus on crisis intervention and response.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our service.
