About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Bulgari Hotel London. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel, upholding the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for guests and colleagues, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Monitor the efficiency levels in Front Office and oversee the operation of all Front of House departments in the absence of the relevant Head of Department.
  • Maximize every opportunity to increase revenue by upselling and interacting with guests at every opportunity.
  • Liaise internally with all departments and externally with hotel guests, designated service company personnel, and vendors.
  • Ensure a record is kept of guest feedback and take remedial action to resolve outstanding problems.
Requirements
  • Operational knowledge and demonstrated expertise of MARSHA, Opera, Excel, and Word.
  • Relevant NVQ or professional qualifications.
  • Experience from within a luxury service environment.
  • Excellent understanding of the 5-star hospitality industry.
  • Impeccably presented individual with excellent customer service skills.
  • Good level of written and spoken English and eligibility to work in the UK.
