Royal Navy Leadership Academy Instructor

We are seeking an experienced Trainer and Educator to join our team at the Royal Navy Leadership Academy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to Royal Navy personnel, focusing on leadership development and management skills.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver specialist Divisional and Management training to Officers, approximately 37 courses per year.
- Provide training support and feedback as and when required.
- Mark homework and ensure compliance with MoD regulations and procedures.
- Liaise with external authorities and respond to any divisional questions, queries, or issues.
- Experienced Trainer/Instructor/Teacher with a strong background in leadership development and management training.
- Previous experience within the Royal Navy would be highly beneficial.
- Instructional/Training qualification, eg Level 3/4 or equivalent (desirable).
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and others within and outside the organisation.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- The ability to gain UK SC clearance.

What We Offer- A competitive salary of £28,000 to £34,000 depending on experience (pro rata'd due to term time only).
