Job Title: Business Operations Director

About Us: Reddoor Live is a specialist event and brand activation agency, delivering bespoke ideas and concepts to energize a Brand's capability to connect with fans through sports, business entertainment, and community-inspired events.

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Director to join our Senior Management Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of business operations, streamlining management and running of Reddoor Live, and maximizing efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and recommendations to streamline the efficiency of processes within the business
  • Support in the creation of the long-term company strategy and business priorities, as well as the operational capabilities to reach short-, medium-, and long-term goals
  • Work with the finance team to oversee company cash flow – budget planning, invoicing, reconciliation, and management of a monthly P/L
  • Create policies and critical path documentation to efficiently manage project timeframes, staffing plans, and client reports
  • Encourage and develop best-practice across the business
