We are currently recruiting for our market leading client based in Uxbridge. They are looking for a Technical Support Administrator to join their team. This is a role that requires dynamic, problem solvers to run through their client support holding high customer service satisfaction at the highest regard.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage phone calls and correspondence from customers
* Delivering step by step technical support
* Support updating records, Trackers and databases
* Create service reports based on support given over the telephone
* Work closely with multi functional departments to organise maintenance and scheduled works

Key Skills Required:

* Attention to detail essential
* The ability to take ownership of tasks and work on their own initiative within a busy team
* Great communication and interpersonal abilities
* Good organisational skills

As a Technical Support Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. You will be working closely with our multi-functional departments to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service.
