As an Asset Building Surveyor, you will play a key role in assisting with an ever-increasing workload and working closely with clients across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake refurbishment projects ranging from £50,000 to £2,000,000
  • Manage Design and Build new build projects
  • Client relationship management
  • Contract administration
  • Preparing tender packages
  • Conducting various building surveys
  • Setting an example and assisting junior team members
