About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our DC Investment and Governance team as a Graduate Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing data, modeling pension scheme cashflows, and advising clients on DC pension schemes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Data Analysis and Modelling: Utilize our in-house software to analyze data and model pension scheme cashflows, providing valuable insights to our clients.
  2. Client Reporting and Communication: Draft client reports, advice letters, and attend meetings to ensure effective communication and delivery of results.
  3. DC Pension Scheme Advisory: Advise trustees and employers on DC pension schemes, optimizing strategies and assisting with benefit design.
  4. Regulatory Compliance and Governance: Assist clients in complying with regulatory duties and produce governance documents to ensure compliance.
  5. Responsible Investing: Advise clients on responsible investing, including climate risks and opportunities associated with different investment strategies.

Requirements
  1. A-Level A grade in Maths or an equivalent numerical subject.
  2. Degree educated (minimum 2:1) or currently studying for a degree and on track to achieve a 2:1, in any subject.
  3. Strong IT skills, including programming languages, coding, financial modelling, and data analysis.
  4. Professionalism, including timeliness, reliability, and dedication to meet deadlines to support client needs.
