Job Opportunity at IDEX Consulting

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior DC Consultant. As a key member of our DC team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and assisting colleagues in delivering advice to employers and trustees on their DC schemes and wider savings plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of clients and providing expert advice on DC scheme design, investment strategy, communications, retirement support, provider selection, governance, and compliance.
  • Assisting colleagues in delivering advice to employers and trustees on their DC schemes and wider savings plans.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in DC pension schemes.

Requirements:

  • Experience of both contract-based and trustee work.
  • Strong knowledge of DC pension schemes and related regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
