Marine Engineering Operations Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily workshop functions with a focus on safety and efficiency.
  • Establish maintenance timelines for marine vessels and apparatus.
  • Guarantee adherence to industry regulations and safety protocols.
  • Inspire and lead a team of technicians and engineers.
  • Perform maintenance and repair operations on marine engines and systems.
  • Diagnose technical challenges related to marine equipment.
  • Engage with clients to deliver technical solutions.
  • Compile comprehensive reports on maintenance undertakings.
  • Supervise inventory management of spare parts and equipment.
Required Qualifications:
  • At least a Level 3 NVQ in marine engineering or a related discipline.
  • Robust technical expertise in marine engines and systems.
  • Outstanding leadership and team management abilities.
  • Familiarity with HSEQ policies and procedures.
  • Willingness to travel and possess a valid Full UK Drivers License.
