We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team at MHI RJ Aviation Group. This role involves working with VRF air conditioning systems and collaborating with technical, sales, and marketing teams as well as MHI's design department.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to pre-sales inquiries and collaborate with the team to provide technical support.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new air conditioning products and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Participate in seminars and meetings to promote MHI's products and sales support software.
- Competitor Analysis: Benchmark competitors' products and sales support software to identify areas for improvement.
- Support European product development with MHI's design centre and sales team.
- Product Promotion: Develop and deliver training programs to highlight the advanced features and technical benefits of MHI's air conditioning products.
- Software Development: Collaborate with software providers to develop and improve sales support tools, and manage software development projects to meet deadlines and budgets.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that MHI's products meet national and international regulatory requirements, and stay up-to-date with industry standards and certifications.
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Software development skills are desired.
- Technical experience in air conditioning for commercial applications (at least 3 years).
- Experience and knowledge in VRF and PAC systems, controllers, building management systems.
- Experience and knowledge in sales support tools for air conditioners.
- Advance knowledge in Microsoft (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
- Other European language(s) (Dutch, Spanish, French) desired but not essential.
