Account Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team at Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Air Conditioning Europe. This role involves working with VRF air conditioning systems and cooperating with technical, sales and marketing teams as well as MHI's design department.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to pre-sales enquiries and collaborate with the team.
- Survey the market for new Air Conditioning products and benchmark competitors' products / sales support software.
- Participate in seminars/meetings on products and sales support software.
- Support European product development with MHI design centre and sales team.
- Review and improve technical and service manuals for European market.
- Promote MHI new air conditioning products and provide specific training highlighting advanced features and technical benefits.
- Develop new and existing sales support software and collaborate with software providers to develop and improve sales support tools.
- Manage software development projects to meet deadline and budget.
- Develop software and tools (in-house) to help promote new products.
- Support certification programmes and regulatory activities, including surveying requirements for national subsidies, certification programmes, regulations and standards.
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Software development skills is desired.
- Technical experience in air conditioning for commercial applications (at least 3 years).
- Experience and knowledge in VRF and PAC systems, controllers, building management system.
- Experience and knowledge in sales support tools for air conditioners.
- Advance knowledge in Microsoft (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
- Other European language(s) (Dutch, Spanish, French) desired but not essential.
