About the RoleChurchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a dedicated Residential Lodge Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and operations of our retirement community. This role is essential in ensuring a harmonious living environment for our residents.
As the Lodge Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating the upkeep of the facilities, engaging with residents, and managing administrative tasks. Your role will involve:
- Organizing community activities
- Coordinating with contractors and suppliers
- Conducting health and safety inspections
- Providing exceptional customer service to residents
Reporting directly to the Area Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for residents, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring a seamless operation of the lodge.
