Job Responsibilities:

The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Transactional processing for multiple businesses within the organisation
  • Matching, batching, and coding of invoices
  • Reconciliation of systems data and overtime reporting
  • Expense reporting and some sales ledger processing
  • Weekly accounts reporting and ad-hoc assistance to the finance manager
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a transactional accounts role
  • Strong IT skills and working knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Ability to work accurately to tight deadlines and communicate effectively with colleagues
