About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team at Advancing People. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through warm business-to-business sales leads
  • Sell our clients' market-leading services within a specialist sector
  • Retrain and renew clients, building a strong sales pipeline
  • Work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in a business-to-business environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

What We Offer:

  • A competitive basic salary of £30,000 - £35,000
  • Uncapped commission and monthly bonuses
