About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team at Advancing People. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through warm business-to-business sales leads
- Sell our clients' market-leading services within a specialist sector
- Retrain and renew clients, building a strong sales pipeline
- Work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in a business-to-business environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Strong organizational and time management skills
What We Offer:
- A competitive basic salary of £30,000 - £35,000
- Uncapped commission and monthly bonuses
