Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Technical Sales Executive to join our team. As a Technical Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients and prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, and negotiate sales agreements.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our company's products and services, including AV solutions.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to client inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets, share knowledge, and best practices.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Technical Sales Experience: Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the AV/IT industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex sales situations and develop creative solutions.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications.
