Job Title: Aesthetic Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aesthetic Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers, ensuring their equipment is running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on electric overhead travelling cranes
  • Consult with customers on repair and safety-related issues
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers on equipment operation and maintenance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery
Requirements:
  • Apprentice-trained or equivalent in electrical engineering disciplines
  • Previous experience working with overhead cranes and hoists
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
