Key Responsibilities- Lead investigations into potential misconduct by regulated firms and individuals, analyzing large amounts of information and producing formal written reports.
- Manage and drive forward complex investigations involving large volumes of documents and data.
- Develop, motivate, and coach more junior colleagues, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of the team.
- Build and maintain strong and effective relationships with colleagues in other business units and with external bodies, including senior stakeholders and regulatory partners.
- Make clear, concise, logical, and persuasive oral and written presentations on complex subjects, including the preparation of privileged correspondence.
- Demonstrable significant ability leading on aspects of highly complex investigations or litigation within a criminal, civil, or regulatory environment, with the ability to line manage, direct the work of, and coach colleagues.
- Ability to analyze large amounts of information, drawing out key findings and producing formal written reports, including making recommendations.
- For Lawyer applicants, a valid practicing certificate issued by the Solicitors Regulation Authority for England and Wales (if a solicitor) or the General Council of the Bar for England and Wales (if a barrister).
