We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Engineer to join our team at Perfect Integration Ltd. As a key member of our Service and Maintenance department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and support to our clients across the luxury residential, MDU, and corporate sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service and support to clients through technical phone support, on-site service visits, and scheduled preventive maintenance of our installed systems.
  • Work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their service level agreements.
  • Collaborate with our installation team to support new and existing projects, including maintenance and upgrades.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our systems, including control system programming, lighting control systems, IT networks, and AV systems integration.
  • Troubleshoot faults in IT network, AV, lighting control, CCTV, and access control systems to ensure minimal downtime and maximum client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Must have the right to work in the UK.
  • Must have excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Must have a high level of computer literacy and proficiency in control system programming and lighting control systems.
  • Must have a working knowledge of IT networks and AV systems integration.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve exceptional results.
