We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at Ardsley House, a specialist care home for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support residents with their daily lives, promoting independence and encouraging participation in activities.
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Engage residents in meaningful activities, such as hobbies, outings, and social events.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide emotional support and reassurance to residents, promoting a sense of security and well-being.
Requirements
