Support Worker Job Description

Creative Support Ltd is a leading provider of care services, supporting adults with a wide range of needs. We offer personalised 24/7 support to individuals with learning disabilities living in their own tenancies across Calderdale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support service users in accessing social and leisure activities
  • Provide respectful personal care and support to individuals with cooking, cleaning, housework, and other life skills
  • Demonstrate a commitment to promoting independence for people with learning disabilities, delivering personalised support
  • Carry out general administrative duties and housing management tasks

Experience is essential for this role. As a Support Worker, you will need to be available to work evenings, mornings, and weekends.

You will have access to our free app, which allows you to pick up shifts in any area of the country and provides information on the service and shifts, including directions. You will be paid weekly.
