Your Responsibilities:

  • Assess student needs and utilize your expertise to tailor learning experiences.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with students, acting as a role model and setting high expectations for achievement.
  • Be prepared to lead the classroom in the absence of the teacher, demonstrating confidence and instructional skills.
  • Identify areas where students may require additional support and implement strategies to address learning gaps.
  • Adhere to all safeguarding procedures to ensure a safe and nurturing learning environment.

What We Require:

  • Proven experience as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant or equivalent qualification (Level 3 Teaching Assistant).
  • A Level 2 Safeguarding Certificate (we can assist with obtaining this if needed).
  • An up-to-date DBS check (assistance provided).
  • Professional references from your most recent employers.
